"Do you accept book donations?"

The Friends of the Library of Windham (FLOW) relies on book donations to stock the annual book sales! We're grateful for the generous contributions from our community that keep the book fairs well stocked. Sadly, due to storage constraints, we are unable to accept book donations on a daily basis, but we do accept donations at select times throughout the year. 

FLOW will be accepting book donations on select weekends in September and October! Keep reading for all the details -- dates and times, what we accept, and what we can't accept!

Bring your gently used, excellent condition copies of current bestsellers, classics (remember those books you read in high school?), children's picture books, and middle-grade graphic novels! We will also accept complete puzzles and board games (no missing pieces, please!).

We will NOT ACCEPT the following:

• Reader's Digest condensed books
• Textbooks
• Encyclopedias
• Magazines
• Music audio cassette or VHS tapes
• Books on tape
• Music CDs

Since we do not sell any damaged books, please sort out books that are musty, have broken spines, missing pages, or that have yellowed with age. Your help will make the process of sorting books easier and will also provide the public with great quality and choices at our sales!
