On Tuesday, April 4 at 6 PM, Nesmith Library will host Welcome Home! A Home Buying Tutorial for first-time home buyers, designed by local area experts from Coldwell Banker Realty. During this informational session and Q&A, real estate agent Brian Collins will help you discover if owning is the right choice for you, discuss the basic aspects of a mortgage (how to apply and get approved,) and give you tips on how to pick the right real estate agent to help you find the perfect home. This presentation is informational rather than a sales pitch, and Brian will also discuss how to make your purchase an investment by avoiding pitfalls and costly mistakes. Light refreshments will be served. Please register if you plan to attend, and share with friends and family: all are welcome, even if they are not Nesmith Library patrons.
