Herbs enhance a recipe far beyond what a sprinkling of salt and pepper can do. They add flavor, color, and give recipes their cultural identity. Want to learn more about using garden-fresh herbs in your cooking? Join us on Monday, May 18th at 6pm when Liz Barbour, owner of The Creative Feast, presents a fun and tasty online program direct from her beautiful kitchen! First, Liz will take us on a slide presentation tour through her beautiful, cottage-sized edible gardens and explore all the ways herbs can be used as part any landscape. Following her presentation, she will create 2 healthy recipes using herb combinations that you can grow in your own garden. Come and be inspired to use fresh herbs in your dishes!
Liz Barbour has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992 and started The Creative Feast in 2004. Liz's cooking demonstrations and recipes have been featured on New Hampshire Chronicle, Channel 9’s “Cooks Corner” and in various publications, including New Hampshire Magazine.
