Two good friends team up for a unique library show with lots of music and laughs. Steve & Marty play fun songs on a variety of musical instruments–and Marty reads a few of his books aloud, with projected illustrations. The program includes Steve’s songs for summer reading 2015, as well as Marty’s latest picture book, A Cape—featuring a heroic young protagonist who proves that “Imagination is a Superpower! Join the folks of Squam Lake Science Center as they present "Earth Heroes"

"The Peregrine Falcon was once on the brink of extinction. These awe inspiring aerial hunters are once again soaring across New Hampshire’s skies thanks to the passion and dedication of people we like to call Earth Heroes. During this program, a naturalist from the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center will introduce you to three live animals native to NH, including a Peregrine Falcon, and share the inspiring stories of three Earth Heroes whose work has helped to ensure their survival."

Drop in for an hour of stories, crafts, music, and fun! For ages 3 and up. No registration required. 

Come to the Children's Area to make a drop in craft for free! Recommended for ages 4 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Craft available while supplies last.
