how
to “SURVIVE”
the summer:

It’s easy! Sign up at the LUAU PARTY on Thursday, June 28th from 4-7pm or in the library anytime after June 28th.
Then, after reading a “book”, pick up a review form from either the Young Adult area or the front desk and write a short review (don’t worry, it can be as little as 3 lines!) and make sure to include your name and
phone #.
“Books” refer to any of the following:
Books
Magazines
Comic Books
Graphic Novels
Books on CD or on Tape
Hand the review to a librarian at the front desk to receive your “Book Bucks” which you can use to purchase prizes from the “store” (the display case in the front of the library) throughout the summer.
Each book review you fill out counts as a raffle ticket for even BIGGER PRIZES, including a limo ride generously donated by Linahan Limousine of Windham for the winner and 4 friends to be picked up in style after school on the first back to school!!!
*You can also earn “Book Bucks” by attending any of the FREE teen programs offered this
summer. Want to know what programs are being offered? Pick up a Summer Reading
Program Brochure or go to www.nesmithlibrary.org and click on the
“More Summer Fun for Teens” link to find out!
The Teen Summer Reading Program is for young adults ages 12 and up.
