| Children Librarians were thrilled to explain the Children’s Room Summer Volunteer “duties” to a packed room of teens. What a great help they will be! | |
Participants will be asked to help keep the children’s room from going down under by helping to keep the room in order as we have a great time celebrating our Australian summer program “G’day for Reading”. Simple tasks include maintaining the supplies
for the reading logs, assisting in drop-in craft activities, working on the computer, straightening book shelves and/or lending a hand in one of our many children’s programs.
Beat the heat and join the teen volunteer team in the library.
We guarantee you will have a jolly good time and meet some new friends while volunteering.
Also, for every hour you volunteer, you earn raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes held only for the teen volunteers.
If you would like further information
please call the library at 432-7154 and ask for
Jane McCue or Karen Frey.
Thank you in advance. We could really use your help throughout the busy summer!
