BBC (British Broadcasting Company) - offers a selection of audio collections: Scroll down to Arts & Culture and click to find "short films, interviews, and an archive of various programs."

Hulu - allows you to watch, for free, "episodes of complete television shows and excerpts from others from a variety of networks, selected full-length movies," and more.

Museum of Broadcast Communications - Enjoy listening to old time radio?  This site "provides free access to more than 7,000 hours of digitized radio and television content."  Register for free, and you can search their database.  Click on "Search the Archives."

The Paley Center for Media - "The Paley Center's permanent media collection contains nearly 150,000 television and radio programs and advertisements, available both in New York and Los Angeles. The online database offers synopses, along with production credits for the programs."
